Many financial companies today are joining forces to become industry powerhouses, or sellers are phasing out of the industry and looking for a good home for their clients. Regardless of the type of acquisition, a successful merger depends on compliance, operations, teams, systems, and cultural integration.  During this collaborative discussion, speakers will provide practical tips for conducting diligence, track post-merger integration, determine compliance’s role in the process, and celebrate success upon completion.  Panelists will engage the audience to discuss complex topics, real experiences, and hardships experienced by compliance during M&A activities.  This session is open to regulators but closed to members of the press.
